Operation of branches and sub-branches of the Social Insurance Agency during the pandemic
During the pandemic, all branches and sub-branches of the social Insurance Agency are applying strict hygiene and safety measures (face coverings, disinfection, distancing).
In all branches:
- payments in cash will not be accepted (branch account numbers),
- parents must not enter with children,
- private visits are not allowed.
It is recomended that clients make submissions to a branch via electronic means – electronic forms or the electronic mailbox – or contact SP branches via e-mail or telephone. When necessary, postal delivery can be used, or letters can be placed in the mailbox at the entrance to the branch.
Green branches
The branches are open to the public with standard opening hours subject to strict hygiene and safety conditions.
Orange branches
