When is a natural person who is pension insured as an employee or self-employed person during the period in which maternity benefit is provided to them, compulsorily pension insured as a state insured person?

If you are a natural person who is pension insured as an employee or self-employed person during the period in which maternity benefit is provided to you, you are compulsorily pension insured as a state insured person if you meet the following conditions:

  • you receive maternity benefit and
  • you are not pension insured as a person who properly cares for a child with a long-term adverse health condition up to the age of 18.
