In 2016 I worked in Slovakia. I need a confirmation that I paid the social security premiums there. Can you send me such confirmation?

In order for the Social Insurance Agency to be able to send you information about changes in the insuree’s individual account, please let us know your date of birth (or your social security identification number, if you got assigned one) and also the correspondence address to which you will receive the document.

In 1968, I emigrated and I have lived in the US since then. Until this year, I worked in Slovakia for more than 10 years of employment. I am submitting my identification data. Please, send me a certificate of the time of my employment in Slovakia.

On the basis of the documents, which are stored in your central register, the Social Insurance Agency will prepare a copy of the time periods of your employment that have been registered for the purposes of old-age insurance. Information about your employment in Slovakia will be included in the document.
